  • Collaborate with teams across Subscriptions Mission to ensure seamless coordination and system interoperability.
  • Define and manage the roadmap for your squad, ensuring alignment with team goals and company strategy.
  • Help scale new monetization opportunities through sub-account personalization, add-on targeting, and eligibility management.
  • Identify and resolve user and stakeholder pain points, using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Ensure high reliability, trust, and compliance in how Spotify provisions and manages family-based accounts.
  • Who You Are
  • You have extensive experience in product management, preferably in platform, subscription, or account lifecycle domains.
  • Organised and experienced in shipping and scaling backend-heavy products.
  • You are passionate about infrastructure, entitlement architecture, and designing trustworthy experiences.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving clarity across cross-functional teams, and owning prioritization decisions.
  • You can communicate clearly and crisply, adapting to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You work well in distributed environments and thrive in close collaboration with engineering.
  • Where You'll Be
  • This role is based in Stockholm, or London.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
