Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Treasury Solutions and B2B transfers.Build and lead a team of product managers focused on treasury and cross-border transfer needs.Develop solutions for: Expatriating funds collected outside Dlocal. FX/OTC solutions for funding and payouts in multiple currencies. Crypto/stablecoin-based rails (USDC, USDT, etc.) for on/off-ramp flows. Treasury workflows for merchants, fintechs, and PSPs.Deeply understand customer treasury needs and regulatory environments across emerging markets.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, design, roadmap, delivery, and ongoing optimization.Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and external providers.Act as a subject-matter expert on stablecoins and digital assets, representing Dlocal with customers and partners.Requirements:8+ years in product management, with 3+ leading teams.Experience in payments, cross-border money movement, or B2B fintech.Deep expertise in crypto, stablecoins, and digital asset use cases for businesses.Strong understanding of FX, treasury, or OTC products.Experience working with enterprise customers or PSPs.Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing product teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven, outcome-focused mindset.
