Job Description

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

Business teams make dozens of critical decisions every day, but are often unable to access the data they need to make the best ones. The effort required to find the right dashboard, apply the right filters, and uncover a key insight is simply too high.

Enter Snowflake Intelligence, a new AI Agent-powered conversational interface that puts the power of an organization's data directly into the hands of every user. Think of the shift from sifting through a wall of search results to getting a personalized answer from a conversational agent. That's the leap we're enabling for enterprise data, powered by cutting-edge APIs like Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, and Cortex Search.

We are looking for a visionary and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own and define the end-to-end experience for Snowflake Intelligence. You will be at the center of defining how users go from a simple question to a rich data visualization, a powerful insight, and seamless sharing. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our world-class design, research, and engineering teams to build the intuitive, conversational front door to data for businesses around the globe in the emerging world of agentic-powered insights.

‍

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Define and articulate the product strategy and roadmap for the core Snowflake Intelligence user experience, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and our broader AI ambitions.
  • Partner closely with our UX and Design teams to craft a beautiful, intuitive, and differentiated experience, from conversation to charts to insights.
  • Deeply engage with customers and user research to uncover their most pressing challenges and translate those learnings into a compelling product vision and detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features, managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond while tracking key milestones.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to ensure Snowflake Intelligence remains at the forefront of the conversational AI and data analytics space.
  • Clearly communicate product status, key milestones, and strategic direction to stakeholders and executives across the organization.
  • Present to customers and at conferences on the value Snowflake can bring to their organizations.

‍

OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful, user-centric products.
  • A deep understanding and personal curiosity for the AI landscape, particularly large language models (LLMs) and their application in enterprise settings.
  • Direct experience with data analytics, BI tools, data visualization, or conversational AI agents.
  • A strong passion for and demonstrated experience in collaborating with UX/Design teams to build exceptional user interfaces.
  • An obsession with the customer, with the ability to build empathy for both the technical personas who build agents and the end business users who consume the insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating a vision to engineers, designers, executives, and customers.

‍

WHY JOIN OUR AI TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?

At Snowflake, we believe you cannot decouple data from AI in the enterprise. Our unique position at the center of our customers' data gives us a generational opportunity to redefine how businesses interact with their most valuable asset.

You won't just be building another AI product; you'll be empowering the world's leading organizations to make smarter, faster decisions by putting a powerful, conversational data analyst in the hands of every user. You will join a world-class team working on cutting-edge technology with massive customer demand, an eager sales and marketing ecosystem, and the chance to truly shape the future of data intelligence. If you're passionate about building beautiful products, solving complex problems, and having a massive impact, we want to talk to you.

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
