Job Description

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Feature Store at Snowflake, you'll be at the forefront of building and integrating a critical component of our machine learning platform. You will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of our Feature Store, a central repository that enables data scientists and ML engineers to create, manage, and share machine learning features at scale. This role is a unique opportunity to build a product that is central to how our customers operationalize and scale their machine learning workflows on the Snowflake Data Cloud.

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Define the Product Vision: Set the strategy and roadmap for Snowflake's Feature Store, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader vision for Snowflake AI Data Cloud platform.

  • Lead Product Development: Work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, product management peers, and designers to guide the product lifecycle, from initial concept and design to launch and iteration.

  • Drive Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points and requirements for feature engineering and management. Translate these insights into product features and improvements.

  • Analyze the Market: Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with the latest trends and technologies in feature stores, MLOps, and the broader data and AI landscape.

  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies, create compelling product messaging, and enable our field teams to successfully sell the Feature Store.

  • Measure and Optimize: Use data and feedback to measure product performance and make informed decisions that drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • You have proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI, data engineering, streaming, machine learning, and MLOps.

  • You have a deep understanding of data engineering and machine learning workflows, including the crucial role of feature engineering and the challenges of managing features for both training and serving.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus.

  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and align teams around a shared vision.

  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, with a passion for using quantitative and qualitative data to guide your decisions.

  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving complex problems for customers.

WHY JOIN OUR AI TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?

Joining our AI Product team at Snowflake means you'll be at the heart of the AI revolution. You'll work on products that address a critical need for our customers, helping them move from model prototyping to production faster and more reliably. At Snowflake, we foster a culture of learning and collaboration, where your ideas and contributions are not only valued but actively encouraged.
