We׳re looking for a talented Associate Insurance Product Manager to join a growing and dynamic team focused on developing Lemonade’s insurance offerings in Europe.
You’ll collaborate with our actuarial and underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade personal lines, crafting an experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful. As a member of the Insurance Product team, you will help drive forward our insurance strategy while monitoring and measuring the progress of key initiatives.
Partner with our actuarial and underwriting experts to work on the development of coverage, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements
Advance our policy language, and pricing plans in different European countries
Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement new features
Research market trends and competitor actions and make insightful recommendations to profitably grow the business
Manage effectiveness of current product performance and recommend improvements and enhancements based on in-depth data analyses
Measure the impact of product changes to ensure the implementation matches what was planned
Define insurance products for our distribution partners and support launching them
6+ years of P&C experience, with a minimum of 4 years of personal lines insurance experience in product development or product management
Master’s degree in Business, Insurance, Law, Finance, or related field
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and taking action
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills
Skilled in using AI technologies to enhance efficiency through process automation
Superior organizational and project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate with other teams and to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to work in an office environment at least 3 days a week
