You'll use your deep product expertise and passion for great user experience to tackle our most critical challenges.

In this role you'll

  • Identify and drive opportunities for improvement and innovation, translating them into actionable plans and prototypes

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them

  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Act as a leader and mentor, sharing your expertise and elevating the skills of product managers across the organization

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a startup or a product-led company

  • B.S. in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decisions

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders

  • An execution state of mind, with an eagerness to take on hands-on work and drive the team to deliver faster

  • Superior attention to detail (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and an enthusiasm for delighting users

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
