This role will focus on launching innovative, mobile-first consumer products that transform how our members spend, track, and manage their money. You’ll work at the intersection of bold innovation and responsible financial service delivery, building delightful experiences that make everyday finances simpler and smarter. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $196,000 and up to $324,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. IN THIS ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO: - Define and launch brand new product experiences that expand how members interact with their money via our mobile app - Lead a cross-functional squad of engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship fast and iterate with intention - Craft product strategies rooted in deep member insights, with an obsession for removing friction from the core experience - Translate ambiguous business problems into compelling product opportunities - Bring a founder’s mindset to prioritization, balancing bold bets with platform scale and regulatory needs - Serve as a visible leader and culture carrier across the product organization and Chime - Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers (if applicable) TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE: - Launched successful 0→1 products in consumer-facing mobile apps, ideally in fintech or adjacent industries - Used tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or in-house data platforms to identify opportunities and measure product impact - Built core experiences that serve millions of users with exceptional simplicity and trust - Led teams through ambiguity, helping them stay member-obsessed and execution-oriented - Worked with engineering and design to bring delightful, performant mobile-first features to life - Navigated regulatory and operational complexity while still pushing innovation forward - Scaled products and teams in high-growth, cross-functional environments #LI-TP1 #LI-Hybrid A LITTLE ABOUT US At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
