Product Manager - Insights & Optimization Experience
In building the most customer-focused financial technology platform, Adyen has an automation-first approach to optimizing the full payment flow. Through leveraging a suite of machine-learning models, we optimize for the outcome that maximizes conversion for our merchants, whilst minimizing costs. We build tools that enable the best possible shopper experience when it comes to payments and help our merchants squeeze more revenue out of every transaction while having fraud risks under control.
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Insights & Customer Experience products of our Adyen Uplift payment optimization suite. Your role is to define and build data products and performance insights and actionable recommendations from across different Adyen teams to help our merchants optimize their performance. This role is a special opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at multiple levels of a business and with a wide range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders, from developing a deep understanding of payments performance and of our machine learning products to simplifying the complexity behind them into a coherent merchant narrative and customer experience for our merchants.
