This is a highly visible leadership role with a direct impact on the strategy and execution of PlayStation’s global platform. Your decisions will influence millions of creators and gamers worldwide. You will lead, coach, and mentor a distributed team of product managers, and collaborate closely with UX research and design, engineering, operations, and platform teams globally in a customer-centric, evidence-based approach to problem discovery and solution design. You will help shape the strategic direction of our creator-facing platforms, coach and grow senior talent, and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of content creators and publishers at every stage of production.

YOU WILL:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior-level product managers
- Establish new and reinforce existing product management best practices within your team and across the department
- Partner with engineering and design leads to define strategy and direction for creator-focused tools, SDKs, APIs, and platforms
- Lead a globally-recognized key program delivering against that strategy
- Align US product priorities with global leadership and contribute to a global, cohesive roadmap
- Set high standards for product delivery, execution, and technical rigor
- Act as a thought partner to executive stakeholders and peers across the PlayStation organization
- Cultivate a strong, mission-driven team culture built on trust, autonomy, and performance
YOU HAVE:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years managing high-performing product teams
- A strong desire to see things from the customer’s perspective, leading teams through a robust discovery process
- The ability to effectively articulate product strategy, process and rationale for product decisions to different audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience raising product maturity across organizations, having made a clear difference to ways of working and company culture
- A track record of delivering complex technical platforms or creator-facing tools in the gaming, digital entertainment, or software industries
- Familiarity with the game production lifecycle and publishing ecosystem across different platforms
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to drive alignment across timezones, especially with business stakeholders.
- Experience operating at scale and influencing strategic decisions
- The ability to travel internationally 3-4 times per year, as business requires

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$165,300 - $247,900 USD
