(NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion. Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture. About the role: We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to maximise diner bookings and business growth by owning the product vision and roadmap for our two largest online booking channels: the core reservation widget and our strategic partner APIs. You will exhibit a solid background in product management, shape the annual roadmap for your product area, and require minimal guidance from management to drive execution. This London-based, hybrid role requires expertise in product management, strategic analysis, and communication across global teams. - Drive Conversion via the Core Reservation Widget: Own the product vision and roadmap for the reservation widget, a critical channel for online bookings. Your primary focus will be on optimising user experience (UX) and conversion rate to ensure our restaurant partners capture maximum dining demand on their own websites. - Lead Platform Enablement for Strategic Partners: Define the strategy and requirements for our core booking APIs. This involves working directly with large restaurant groups that have the technical capability to build their own booking interfaces, ensuring seamless, scalable, and feature-rich integration with the OpenTable platform. - Partner with the OpenTable product, cross-functional leadership, and external stakeholders (customers, prospects, partners) to independently identify and execute diner growth opportunities within your product area, focusing on data-driven insights. - Lead cross-functional teams to structure and execute key analyses, including but not limited to conversion funnel optimisation, A/B testing strategy, and user segmentation, to develop actionable recommendations for your initiatives. - Demonstrate deep expertise in building and evangelising compelling, data-driven business cases for projects within your contained product area. - Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by driving product definition, prioritisation, execution, and evangelisation of strategic projects. Serve as the central coordinator and driver across multiple cross-functional teams to advance core booking platform initiatives. - Masterful communicator who can credibly present operational plans and outcomes to peers and XFN stakeholders and articulate how your initiatives ladder up to the broader LoB strategy. - Ensure the team and broader organisation stay up-to-date on diner and customer trends relevant to your strategic initiatives, articulate implications for the existing and future product roadmap, and influence stakeholders to make informed decisions. Experience - Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or analytics in a technology company, with a solid background in product management. - Experience working with and analysing data, and managing multiple projects. - Experience working with product and engineering teams. - Excellent communication skills. - Business strategy or consulting experience is a plus. - Experience working in product development teams. Benefits and Perks - Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year - Focus on mental health and well-being: \* Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth - Company-paid subscription to Headspace - Annual company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!) - Paid parental leave - Generous paid vacation + time off for your birthday - Paid volunteer time - Focus on your career growth: \* Development Dollars - Leadership development - Access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings - Travel Discounts - Employee Resource Groups - 5 weeks paid vacation - Private health & dental insurance - Income protection and life assurance - Employee Assistance Program - including 24/7 GP & free legal advice - Pension plan contributions - Discounted gym membership - Bike2Work - Season ticket loan - Social events & Thursday happy hours - Free lunch 2 days per week Work Environment & Flexibility At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations. Inclusion We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves. If you need accommodations during the application or interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations.
