PRODUCT OWNER (EMAIL)
WarsawApply nowWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing Martech team. In this role, you will own and manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of day-to-day marketing technology requests, with a focus on ensuring seamless operations across key systems like Marketo, Salesforce, and Cvent.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing and Sales to translate business needs into actionable backlogs, manage reactive issues, and reduce the operational load on senior team members. Your mission: keep the Martech engine running smoothly so our team can focus on strategic innovation.
The Enterprise Technology team supports insights with data and the technical systems that give our teams leverage to achieve their objectives. We work cross-functionally with Asana’s business teams to understand their goals and ensure they receive the data and technical support they need to flourish.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:
- Own the Martech Request Intake Process
- Manage and prioritize inbound requests from the Martech inbox.
- Coordinate assignments, follow-ups, and communications with stakeholders.
- Support Marketo
- Monitor and resolve Marketo errors, including those from the Zoom <> Marketo integration and API limits.
- Partner with internal teams to proactively identify and fix issues before they escalate.
- Lead Monitoring
- Oversee lead flow monitoring via Salesforce dashboards and build automation to reduce manual effort.
- Manage Backlog for XQL Enhancements
- Collaborate with the Martech Strategy Lead to prioritize enhancements and reduce time spent on reactive tickets.
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve response SLAs.
About you:
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Marketing Operations Specialist, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and Martech workflows.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, with the ability to work hybrid.
- Exposure to API monitoring, integrations, and usage limits is a plus
- Background in agile product management or working with sprint cycles is preferred
- Experience with error triaging and system health monitoring in marketing tech. is beneficial

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 19,416 - 20,083 PLN. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
